These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the LegalScopie platform, including our apps, website, integrations, and offline services.

1. Definitions

User: Individuals seeking legal help through the Platform.

Lawyer: Bar Council–registered advocates offering services via LegalScopie.

LegalScopie: Refers to LegalScopie Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

2. Scope of Agreement

By creating an account, accessing consultations, or browsing content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Platform Eligibility

• Users must have a valid Indian mobile number.

• Lawyers must provide Bar Council ID, Aadhaar, and PAN.

4. Platform Usage

Users:

- Must not impersonate others or submit false claims.

- Must use the platform solely for seeking legal help.

- Are responsible for verifying legal advice before acting on it.

Lawyers:

- Must not contact users outside the platform.

- Must provide timely, professional responses.

- Must adhere to Bar Council of India ethics guidelines.

5. Content Ownership

All IPC explanations, templates, audio guides, and documents generated on the platform belong to LegalScopie. Commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.

6. Service Limits

LegalScopie is an advisory platform. We do not guarantee outcomes or replace formal court procedures. Real-time services depend on lawyer availability and may experience delays.

7. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended for harassment, fraud, impersonation, misuse, or inappropriate communication. Lawyers breaching ethical standards or missing multiple appointments may be deactivated.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
